1. Enquiry
Tell the desk what you are buying or selling: commodity, quantity, specification and timing. Email is fine; a rough outline is enough to start.
2. Quote
We come back with a firm price and terms, usually the same day. What is quoted is what is charged, with delivery basis stated plainly.
3. Contract
A short written confirmation sets out goods, grade, price, quantity and delivery period, so both sides know exactly what has been agreed.
4. Haulage & shipping
We book the movement: full loads and part loads by road, containers by sea, with documentation and customs handled by people who do it every week.
5. Settlement
Goods arrive as described, paperwork arrives correct, and the invoice matches the contract. Then we do it again next season.
