UK growers and merchants we have traded with for years.
The core of our book is British. Growers who make forage and grain the same careful way season after season, and merchants who know that a load described by us arrives as described. Many of these relationships go back to our earliest years of trading.
Because we deal with a spread of counties and cuts rather than one region, a poor local season does not empty our order book, and it should not empty yours.

Overseas suppliers and buyers, held to the same standard.
When UK supply tightens, we buy from overseas partners we have vetted and traded with before, not from whoever answers an email first. When the harvest runs long, the same network gives British sellers a route to export buyers who pay properly and on time.
Working both directions matters. A house that only buys, or only sells, sees half the market. We see both sides of most trades, which keeps our pricing honest in each direction.
Four kinds of relationship, one standard.
Growers & merchants
British farms and trading counterparties who supply and buy from us season after season.
Overseas partners
Suppliers and buyers abroad, vetted over years, who widen the market when the UK cannot.
Hauliers
Carriers we book week in, week out, for full loads, part loads and container work, door to door.
Stores & port agents
Storage operators and agents at the quayside who keep goods dry, documented and moving.

Supply that holds, and fair prices both ways.
A standing network is not a contacts list. It is the reason we can keep supplying when a wet summer or a shipping squeeze empties the spot market: our counterparties trade with us first because we have settled with them fairly for years.
The same logic protects sellers. Because we are not scrambling for goods, we do not need to squeeze a grower in a glut, and because we are not scrambling for buyers, we do not need to gouge one in a shortage. Trades that both sides would do again are the whole business.
One office, holding every thread.
Every trade in the network runs through our office at Gemini House in Swindon. The same senior team quotes the load, books the haulier, raises the paperwork and settles the account, so nothing is lost between departments, because there are no departments to lose it between.
